Blueprint. Concept. Execution
Three stages in the design and realization process that – starting from the idea that inspired the project – guide the definition of every detail of architectural design, engineering projects of works and systems, specifications, and estimates, including their cost and time budgets.
With these elements, we carry out all the necessary works and finishes – demolitions, constructions, flooring, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, wall and ceiling finishes – that transform that idea into a finished, complete, tangible, and impeccable realization.
It goes without saying that the scope of the work – whether a complete and radical renovation of a house or the simple revision of a space – will guide the necessity to develop all or just part of these phases.
With the BLUEPRINT, we begin to “put on paper” the idea and the spirit – the mood – of the house we are preparing to create: it is a conceptual sketch, a visual summary of what we have imagined together – translated into furnishings, layouts, possible finishes, and works – to make you immerse yourself in the storytelling of your home, the narrative that every corner of the house will inspire about you and for you.

With the CONCEPT, the blueprint becomes an immersive 3D CAD model in which to “visit” the environment in virtual reality, to get a precise idea of how the house or space being created will look and to modify and refine it – where and when necessary – until the desired result is achieved.
In this phase, the technical and economic structure of the project (general specifications) is defined with indications of supplies, finishes, and works, providing an approximate estimate of both the economic and temporal budget for the realization.
For this activity, the cost is 987 euros + VAT, which represents a down payment on the project if you choose to carry it out with us, or the actual cost for the specifications that you can use at your discretion.
With the EXECUTION, developed once the project is defined, accepted, and assigned:
- We develop detailed engineering, defining every single constructive detail of works, systems, finishes, and furnishings.
- We issue requests for quotations to material and furniture suppliers and specialized craftsmen/technicians for the various works.
- We prepare the Gantt chart (work schedule) with order confirmations, precisely defining:
- The list of documentation, authorizations, certifications, and anything else necessary for formal compliance with regulations.
- The work team and subcontracting companies.
- The activities and intermediate deliveries for the various phases and the deliverables corresponding to each phase.
- The contractual deadline dates for the different phases.
From the start, the project will be fully overseen by a dedicated project manager who will be your point of reference and responsible for every technical and commercial aspect of the project, acting as your “inspector” for every phase of the activity until delivery and post-sale guarantee.
At the beginning of the works, we will establish a weekly phone appointment with the project manager, at your convenience, to provide concise yet precise updates on the progress of the activities, which they will manage with competence and dedication as if they were creating their own home.
Every 15 days, you will receive a progress report on the work schedule, complete with photographic images and any new ideas or proposals to support your storytelling.
The execution phase details the complete execution and budget of the project, which we commit to adhering to the letter: if it changes, in terms of time or costs, it will only be because we have agreed on any variations or modifications together and in harmony.
