We call them our homes – although most belong to clients who entrust them to us for management – for a very specific reason: we take care of them with the same love, dedication, and attention as the ones we live in ourselves.
Some have been renovated and furnished from top to bottom with the unmistakable charm and taste of Farris & Cors. In others, we have added just a few “touches” of our style. Others still – by the owners’ choice or for market target – have been left as they were entrusted to us.
All, however, regardless of their price range, are cared for, maintained, cleaned, and equipped with the utmost attention and care, knowing that we would be the first to spend a vacation there or stay there for a business trip.

These are the most prestigious and exclusive homes in our portfolio, both for their unique location in the cityscape and for their unique characteristics and levels of finishes and furnishings. The suites at Terrazza Colombo are unique in the market for tourist and temporary accommodations, as they are located immediately below the former Terrazza Martini, on the top floor of Liguria’s most iconic and tallest skyscraper – Torre Piacentini, completed in 1940 – in the very heart of Genoa’s “city. The accommodations offer the most breathtaking and exciting views of all of Genoa, ranging from Capo Mele to the west to Punta Chiappa and, on the clearest days, to the far eastern tip of Liguria with the islands of Palmaria and Tino, Capraia, and Corsica. Below the balconies of these magnificent lodgings lies the entire city, from the center to its farthest edges, with its unique and breathtaking charm. The suites, equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, etc., are accessible by private elevator and also have direct access from the garage below the skyscraper where the parking spaces are located.

This category includes the “core” accommodations of our offer, the most picturesque and characteristic for experiencing a stay in Genoa, distinguished by both unique finishes and furnishings and strategic location. They are in the very center of the city, in historic buildings, very convenient with all major transport links, and particularly suitable if you want to reach on foot the main tourist and artistic areas in the liveliest part of Genoa’s nightlife, full of restaurants, bars, and typical shops. Alternatively, there are those located in seaside areas – literally just a few steps from the sea – where you can savor the unmistakable taste of staying on the Riviera while also enjoying a stay close to the city center with all its tourist, cultural, and leisure attractions.

These are the most economical homes, with completely new furnishings and basic finishes, located in medieval buildings with all the picturesque yet unique characteristics of Genoa’s legendary historic center. A common feature of all is their proximity – just a few steps away – to the Old Port and the aquarium and the prestigious Palazzi dei Rolli and their location in the areas with the most tourist offerings in the city center in terms of restaurants, bars, and typical shops.
